1. Mix the butter until soft. 2. Add the white sugar and brown sugar, then mix until creamy. 3. Add the egg and mix. 4. Add the flour, cornstarch, and salt. Mix until you get a smooth dough. 5. Add the crushed pistachios and chopped white chocolate. Mix well. 6. Shape the dough into balls, make a hole in the center, and fill with pistachio praline using a piping bag. Close and reshape the ball. 7. Freeze the dough balls for at least 8 hours (ideally overnight). 8. Preheat your oven to 220Β°C (428Β°F). 9. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes depending on your oven. 10.
